There are a number of new developments from when the team last practiced in mid-June. FULL PARTICIPATIONCARSON WENTZDoug Pederson told ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio that the Eagles will manage Wentz’s camp workload “a little bit.” After practice, Pederson downplayed concerns about Wentz’s status by noting all quarterbacks will be monitored so their arms aren’t being overworked. Pederson said Wentz could play in a game if there was one today and Wentz said as much. Wentz has been a full participant in spring and summer drills to this point. MILES SANDERSSanders missed the entirety of spring practices with a hamstring issue but he fully participated on Thursday.NELSON AGHOLORAgholor missed some spring practices but he was full go today.MACK HOLLINSHollins missed all of OTAs but did some wide receiver drills in minicamp. He was back doing team drills today, which is great for him.JOSH ADAMSAdams missed all of spring practice but he was full go today.PAUL WORRILOWWorrilow was limited at times in the spring but he was full go today.LIMITED PARTICIPATION BRANDON BROOKSThere was thought that Brooks would begin training camp on the active/PUP list but that wasn’t the case. This development shows the Eagles are feeling good about his chances to play as early as Week 1 despite suffering an Achilles injury in January. Brooks didn’t participate in full team drills on Thursday but he did some position work.RONALD DARBYDarby was reportedly expected to start camp on the active/PUP list but that didn’t happen. As is the case with Brooks, Darby should be on track to play early in the season. Darby did not participate in full team drills but he did warm up with the team.FLETCHER COXCox is still working his way back from the foot injury he suffered in January. He warmed up with the team before doing conditioning drills on a side field. No team drills yet.DEREK BARNETTAfter missing all of OTAs and minicamp Youth Nelson Agholor Jerseys , Barnett warmed up with the team before doing conditioning drills on a side field. Still coming back from his shoulder injury. NIGEL BRADHAMBradham warmed up with the team before doing conditioning drills on a side field.. He told reporters he had surgery on torn ligaments in his big toe following the Saints game in January.RODNEY MCLEODMcLeod is still recovering from a 2018 knee issue. He was working on a side field while the rest of the team was warming up.COREY CLEMENTClement is still recovering from a 2018 knee issue. He was working on a side field while the rest of the team was warming up. PUP LISTJALEN MILLSThe Eagles placed Mills on the active/Physically Unable to Perform list prior to practice. He still counts towards the 90-man roster but putting him on this list means he’s eligible for the regular season “reserve/PUP” list. Mills, who is recovering from some kind of foot injury, can be activated at any point and there’s some talk he could be ready to return later in the summer. But the fact he’s on active/PUP means the Eagles are at least considering a scenario where he’d have to miss at least the first six weeks of the 2019 season. Mills did do some rehab work on a side field near the start of practice. First time all offseason he’s been seen doing that. <hr class="p-entry-hr" id="Zo6LYO">Overall, the Eagles are in better shape than expected. They still have a number of guys who need to get healthy but we should see some of them return soon as camp progresses. It’s not like anyone is so far off that they can’t even do any kind of conditioning or rehab work. Amari Cooper is headed to the NFC East Nelson Agholor Jerseys Stitched , but not to join the Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys traded a first-round pick (!) to Oakland in exchange for the Raiders wide receiver, as originally reported by ESPN.A first-round pick is a steep price to pay for a player who has underachieved with the Raiders. Cooper’s talent is intriguing, sure. He was the No. 4 overall pick in 2015 NFL Draft for a reason. He’s also still only 24 years old, so there’s some merit to the idea he has upside. Maybe a change of scenery will do him good.Or maybe this is the Roy Williams trade all over again for the Cowboys. Cooper had the fifth worst drop rate in 2015 and the eighth worst in 2017. After a 1 Youth Malcolm Jenkins Jerseys ,153 yard season in 2016, Cooper took a big step back last year. And though this move likely improves Dallas in the short-term, there are long-term implications to consider here. Cooper has a $13.9 million cap figure in 2019 as a result of his fifth-year option. That figure is fully guaranteed if he’s on the Cowboys’ roster on the first day of the league year. Then he’s set to be a free agent in 2020. The first-round pick that the Cowboys gave up has the potential to be in the teens this year. Dallas currently sits at 3-4. They’re a couple games back on a 4-2 division-leading Washington team that just defeated them and thus owns a head-to-head tie-breaker (for now, at least). It doesn’t seem likely that Cooper is suddenly going to save the Cowboys’ season. They’re trading a very valuable future asset that could help them down the road in order to try to win now. In the long-run Malcolm Jenkins Jerseys Stitched , the Eagles won’t mind seeing the Cowboys make that short-sighted sacrifice. In the short-term, Philadelphia will now have to face Cooper twice this season: once in Week 10 and then again in Week 14. Cooper did burn Jalen Mills on a double move when the Eagles and Raiders played on Christmas last season. Jon Gruden, meanwhile, burned Jerry Jones in this trade.
