The suspected arsonist involved in a deadly bus fire in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region had taken "vindictive action against society" due to debt disputes with a construction project contractor, local authorities said Tuesday.


Ma Yongping, 33, brought two bottles of gasoline onto a Route 301 bus in Yinchuan, capital of Ningxia Connor Barwin Jersey , at around 7 am Tuesday.
